Legal basis of data processing: The lawfulness of our processing is ensured by your voluntary consent, which you provide before sending a message by accepting the privacy notice.

  • Email address,
  • Message content.

Recipients: Under no circumstances will we make data available to unauthorized persons. If we use a data processor (e.g. a messaging system provider), we will inform you in advance.
Foreign data transfer: We will only transfer your data abroad at your request.
Data storage time: Messaging data will be retained for 1 year from the date of message processing, after which it will be deleted.

Your rights with regard to data processing:

  • You can request that we provide you with access to learn about our data processing operations.
  • You may request rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing of your data.

Data source: We obtain the data directly from you, from the time you complete and submit the messaging form.
Automated decision making: We do not use this, we do not make decisions about your data without human intervention (e.g. no automated filtering, profiling, etc.).
Data security measures: During the processing and storage of your data, we ensure its increased protection. We use lockers and secure rooms, we keep printed documents under supervision, use password-protected IT tools, and control access. The data processing activity is logged and retrievable.
Risks: There may be e.g. theft of data media, unauthorised access, etc., but to avoid these, security measures are consistently observed/enforced.
Incident management: Incident means a breach of security, in which case we will take mandatory measures depending on the severity of the incident, and if necessary, we will notify the authority and you.
