I\/2.<br \/>\nPhone\/Fax: +36 1 368 2846<br \/>\nEmail: alf\u00f6ldident@gmail.com<br \/>\nRepresented by: Dr Antal Alf\u00f6ldi \u2013 managing director<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose of data processing<\/strong>: necessary for all health activities we perform in connection with your dental care, that is, not only patient care and treatment in the ordinary sense, but also for disease prevention and health promotion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legal basis for data processing<\/strong>: The lawfulness of our data processing is provided by our legal obligation under domestic law, that is, that we must collect, record and process your data as part of the patient documentation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scope of personal data<\/strong>: your personal identification data (e.g. name, address, etc.) and other sensitive data (e.g. health condition, symptom, etc.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recipients<\/strong>: we do not make data available to unauthorized persons under any circumstances. If we use another healthcare provider or data processor (e.g. dental technician), we will inform you in advance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Foreign data transfer<\/strong>: we transfer your data abroad only at your request.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duration of data storage<\/strong>: as a rule, your data processed as part of the patient documentation will be retained for 30 years, after which it will be destroyed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your rights with regard to data processing<\/strong>: You have the right to be informed in advance about data processing, to request access to information about data processing operations, to request rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Available legal remedies<\/strong>: If you consider that our data processing is not lawful, the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Postal address: H-1374 Budapest, Pf. 603., e-mail: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu), or go to court.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Source of data<\/strong>: we obtain the data directly from you, starting when you submit a patient care request to us.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Automated decision making<\/strong>: we do not use this, we do not make decisions about your data without human intervention (e.g. no automated discovery, profiling, etc.).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Data security measures<\/strong>: during the processing and storage of your data, we ensure its increased protection as regards sensitive data that enjoys the highest level of protection.
